30 Day Challenge
My 30 Day Challenge is something I believe that I can definitely benefit from. I have decided that for 30 days, I will go on the treadmill for half an hour each day, every day. I chose this because since my gym class ended last semester, I feel that I have become less fit, which is disappointing because I really enjoyed gym class. So whenever I can, I will try to go on the treadmill (which is difficult because I have extra curricular activities almost every day). I definitely think that I will really benefit from my 30 day challenge, and who knows, maybe after the 30 days is up I will decide to continue the challenge!
