My 30 day challenge is something that I need to do since I realized that I'm not healthy. My problem isn't that I eat too much junk food and candy (I never eat any), or that I'm gaining weight, it's that I don't have enough healthy food. My goal is that for 30 days I have to eat all the
fruits and vegetables given to me. I plan do do this by eating
a fruit everyday after school and eating more vegetables then I usually do
at dinner. I hope by doing this I will become stronger and less lazy.
