The challenge I chose for myself over the next 30 days is to go without pop. For example I'm not going to drink Dr.pepper, coke, root beer, and so on. I chose this challenge for myself because I really like pop, it's really not good for you, and I got the idea from Ms. Lees. I have actually started my challenge for myself on February 1st. That means I've already went 6 days without having any pop. I am very interested in seeing how I'm going to feel and how tempted I will start to get over the next 30 day.
